How do credits work?
One relit photo costs one credit, whichever light style you choose. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription: you pay once for a pack and use it at your own pace.
What if a photo fails?
If a photo fails for a technical reason, your credit comes back to your balance automatically. You only pay for photos you get.
Can I get my money back?
Contact support within 14 days of purchase about unused paid credits. Approved refunds go through Polar. See the Refund Policy linked on this page for eligibility and how to request one.
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Polar. Pay by card; any sales tax is added at checkout. Credits appear on your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Will my photo stay exactly the same?
AI may change small details. Always review faces, text and textures before sharing.
Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC photo up to 10 MB.
How long are photos stored?
Guest photos are kept for 24 hours; account photos for 30 days. You can delete account photos earlier.
What kinds of photos work best?
